This Eclectic Life - I love the internet, if for nothing else than to look up word definitions. I am always so surprised at how many meanings one word can have, including the one or two that almost seem opposite. Your calling some of my poetry sublime and another in my writing group agreeing had me scrambling for the dictionary and made me smile and come back to earth for a while!

Yes, Sweet Marcia, but you've just proven that sometimes we see only what we want to see! Farther down that same page is another definition:
"of high moral or intellectual value; elevated in nature or style". You knew that is what we meant :-), but you can grin if you want to do so. As long as it doesn't interfere with your writing.
